Lord, you are my reason
   For being
Always working in my life
   But not always seeing
That everything weaves together
   For my good
Even when many times
   Things aren’t understood.
You see all the things
   I do not see
And are always so faithfully..
   Guiding me.
Even mundane things in life
   Are richer
Because your light brightens
   And completes the picture
Of my life, and what
   It’s meant to be
My closest, best friend,
   You are to me.
Your grace always giving
   In my greatest need
