In ages long ago, tea was the social highlight of the day. Oh to stop at your neighbor's at tea time and enjoy a nice chat! Pity it isn't common practice today.

I'd like to revive the practice through education. Here you'll find some recipes for excellent tea time treasures. I'll answer the question of just what to serve at tea. I'll even provide some thoughts to ponder when you only have tea with yourself. And although not my strong point, I'll talk of tea etiquette and traditions.
