When you look in the mirror what do you see? Do you see what God sees? Are you telling yourself lies about what you THINK God sees? If we are washed in the blood of Jesus then when God looks at us he sees Jesus! Our faults become opportunities for him to do great things. He looks at us and says, "When I am through with you, you will be so beautiful!" And all the time we walk through this journey of life and think that God must be so aggravated with our failures. Good news!!! He doesn’t focus on them. He focuses on what you will become when He is finished! "Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ" Philippians 1:6 He will not leave you unfinished. He is not like us, starting a project and not touching it for 5 years. All his projects get finished with great time and care and each one becomes a masterpiece!

Prayer: Lord let me see myself as you see me. I know that at times I feel like you don’t like me and I know this is a tool of the enemy. I know because your word promises that YOU will be sure to complete the good work in my life. I will be made beautiful and all the ugly things in my past and in my attitude will be changed into beautiful, godly qualities. You see me as I will be when you are finished refining and purifying me. Let me see my self as you see me.
