"As she sang, she thought to herself, ‘It must be really dreadful to be the Shepherd’s enemies. Always, always to find themselves frustrated. Always, always to have their prey snatched away. How simply maddening it must be to see even the silliest little weaklings set up out of reach on the High Places and made to triumph over all their enemies. It must be unbearable."

God has promised that he will set a banquet for us in the presence of our enemies. Whether they are enemies in real life or enemies in our carnal mind. God always wins. I think it must be a very frustrating thing to be an enemy of God. I will never fear what man can do to me or the devil for that matter. My God is bigger than them with the slightest swipe of his baby finger he could wipe them out. AND they know it!!! That is what is so great about being a follower of Jesus, he always wins and because you are with him - you are on the winning side! They may harm you or tempt you, but in the end, God gets the victory no matter how weak you may be.

Prayer: God I want to be on the winning side. I want to see my enemies frustrated as they try to box with you and lose. I may be the biggest weakling, but I am in the palm of the one and only living GOD. I know that the love you have for me is stronger than any hold the enemy has over me.
